X-Ray Graduation cake

I made this cake a few weeks back for someone graduating from xray school! I learned a lot about all the many bones in our hands ;) This was triple chocolate and covered with buttercream and fondant. 

Dianna's Graduation cake

Back in May, my roomie (from college) graduated with her Masters in Counseling. I am so proud of her and can't wait to see how she uses this degree! I think she is going to be an amazing counselor. She is so dependable, kind and a good listener. Way to go Dianna! In celebration of her graduation, she had a party and I made the cake.

 

 

The books were triple chocolate and I made the graduation hat out of Rice Krispy treats.

NCSU Graduation Cake

I made this fun cake for my friend Tracy's hubby, Jorge. He graduated from NC State a few weeks ago and Tracy threw him an AHHHMAZING party. Not only did we get to celebrate with BBQ and fun people, but we were able to play on the nearby playground with Landon. Also, check out the super cute candy buffet Tracy made....she went all out!

 

The cake was buttergolden with buttercream and fondant details. I made the graduation cap out of rice krispy treats and covered it with fondant.

 

Congrats Jorge! Check out Tracy's trendy dress....she is my fashion inspiration. I remember being in carpool together (just want to add that it was at 7:15 AM) and she was always "dressed to the nines".

 

Landon also had the time of of life from playing on the playground to having his first lollipop!
