A Rainy Day

I love how this order turned out! This customer threw a first birthday for her grandson who traveled all the way here from England, hence the wellies and raincloud theme. Here is the invitation she used (from etsy) and the inspiration I had for the smash cakes and cookies:

Mini Anniversary Cake

I made this cake for my friends, Julie and Nate, for their 5th year anniversary. It has hard to believe they have been married for 5 years already and have 2 kiddos! When I was at Meredith, Julie was in my lil' sis class and was also in a Bible Study I led. Time sure does fly and I am so happy we are now in the same Sunday School class and Bible Study once again.

The cake was a 6" round cake...and is perfect for an anniversary because it is the same size as most cake "tops" :)
