Blake and Amanda's Wedding Cake

This past weekend was Blake and Amanda's wedding. Dave was the best man and I had the honor of being the cake baker :) This cake was covered in just buttercream, not fondant. I have to admit that buttercream often intimidates me becuase I am such a perfectionist and I like the flawless look that fondant offers. I was pleased with how it turned out though! The flavors were really fun - white almond, lemon, triple chocolate and strawberry.
