I love this cake because it is sooo girly! I made it for a friend who won a gift certificate To Darlin' Designs at an adoption fundraiser, so that made it even more special. The party took place at Pullen Park - a park here in Raleigh that has a carousel, train, and little boats for kids to ride on. Landon loves it.
People often ask how I make some of the shapes on my cakes. I usually just cut them out with an exact-o-knife. That is what I did for the carousel horses on this cake
