I love the white on white detail on this cake. I made a similar one exactly a year ago for my friend Susannah. I must admit that icing square cakes is much more challenging. It takes forever to get the icing smooth and level. I do love love the look of square cakes though and they tend to feed more people! The flavors of this one were vanilla and triple chocolate with raspberry filling. The icing was all butter cream.
